TxFlow™ Go

Automated TFF System for low-volume and scalable processing

Affordable | 0.5 mL – 2 L | Go-to TFF system | Learn in < 20 minutes

TxFlow™ Go automates concentration and constant-volume diafiltration for low-volume samples with minimal hold-up volume. Set your target concentration or diafiltration volume, the system monitors your run, and automatically stops at completion.

TxFlow™ Go is purposely designed for routine TFF applications in research and sample treatment. For GMP applications, contact us about GMP packages.

Simple by design. Fast by intent. We engineered TxFlow™ Go to remove unnecessary complexity from TFF. By solving the hard problems — automation, hold-up volume, and setup — we make routine TFF faster, more reproducible, and accessible, so you can focus on your science.

Integrated Flow Path Systems

Low-Volume Tangential Flow Filtration

Hollow fiber filter | Tubing | Process vessel | Optional inline pressure sensor

A complete, ready-to-run single-use flow path built for gentle, low-shear concentration, diafiltration and buffer exchange — for nanomedicines, exosomes, lipid nanoparticles (LNP), viral vectors, mRNA and proteins. Every component is also available separately.

The flow path integrates every fluid-contact component — hollow fiber filter, pre-connected tubing and process/recirculation vessel — into one pre-assembled single-use set, with an optional inline sensor for real-time transmembrane pressure (TMP) monitoring. Feed recirculates tangentially through the fiber lumen while buffer, salts and species below the MWCO pass through the membrane wall as permeate, continuously sweeping the membrane surface for high flux, high recovery and low shear.

Two purpose-built configurations cover the low-volume range: a 10 cm² filter with a 5 mL process vessel, or a 20 cm² filter with a 50 mL reservoir. Hollow fiber filters and pressure sensors are also sold separately, so you can build or extend a flow path to fit your own setup.

Key Advantages

  • Ready to run: Filter, tubing and vessel arrive pre-assembled — install, load, start
  • Low volume & scalable: Uniform 0.5 mm ID fiber channels protect exosomes, LNPs, viral vectors and shear-sensitive proteins
  • Single-use, no carryover: No cleaning validation, no cross-contamination between products

Key Applications

Nanomedicines and drug delivery particles · exosome and extracellular vesicle enrichment · lipid nanoparticles (LNP) · viral vectors (AAV, lentivirus) · mRNA and plasmid DNA · recombinant proteins and antibodies. Suited to concentration, desalting, buffer exchange and gentle handling of high-value samples at research scale.

Ordering Information

What's in the Flow Path

Hollow fiber filter Tubing set Process vessel Pressure sensor
10 or 20 cm² · MWCO of choice Pre-assembled, low hold-up volume 5 mL (10 cm²) / 50 mL (20 cm²) Optional (-PT) · PT-01

Flow Path Systems

Part number MWCO Membrane area Vessel volume Pressure sensor
RP-R10-Exxx-05-NR 100–750 kD 10 cm² 5 mL No
RP-R10-Exxx-05-NR-PT 100–750 kD 10 cm² 5 mL Yes (PT-01)
RP-R20-Exxx-05-NR 100–750 kD 20 cm² 50 mL No
RP-R20-Exxx-05-NR-PT 100–750 kD 20 cm² 50 mL Yes (PT-01)

Replace xxx with the MWCO (100 / 300 / 500 / 750). The RP- prefix marks a flow path assembly; the -PT suffix adds the inline pressure sensor.

Filters — Sold Separately

A bundle of fine hollow fibers with a 0.5 mm inner diameter gives uniform flow channels, gentle shear and low dead volume. Feed travels through the fiber lumen while permeate passes through the fiber wall. This is the preferred format for shear-sensitive biologics — viral vectors, exosomes and gentle protein concentration in particular. Order it standalone or as part of a complete flow path system.

Part number MWCO Membrane area Fiber ID Length Recommended flow rate
R10-E100-05-NR 100 kD 10 cm² 0.5 mm 10 cm 21–31 mL/min

R10-E750-05-NR 750 kD 10 cm² 0.5 mm 10 cm 21–31 mL/min
R20-E100-05-NR 100 kD 20 cm² 0.5 mm 20 cm 21–31 mL/min
R20-E300-05-NR 300 kD 20 cm² 0.5 mm 20 cm 21–31 mL/min
R20-E500-05-NR 500 kD 20 cm² 0.5 mm 20 cm 21–31 mL/min
R20-E750-05-NR 750 kD 20 cm² 0.5 mm 20 cm 21–31 mL/min

Every MWCO shares the same dimensions and flow characteristics — change the cut-off without changing the setup.

Inline Pressure Sensor

The single-use PT-01 sensor fits every flow path system and monitors transmembrane pressure (TMP) inline. It ships with any -PT assembly and can also be ordered on its own to add pressure monitoring to an existing flow path. One SKU covers every filter size and MWCO — nothing else to select or configure.

Part number Description
PT-01 Inline single-use pressure sensor — the only SKU; included in every -PT flow path system

How Part Numbers Work

Example Meaning
RP-R10-E100-05-NR Flow path system built on the R10-E100-05-NR filter (10 cm² · 100 kD), without pressure sensor
RP-R20-E300-05-NR-PT Flow path system built on the R20-E300-05-NR filter (20 cm² · 300 kD), with the PT-01 pressure sensor
R20-E300-05-NR Standalone hollow fiber filter · 20 cm² / 20 cm · 300 kD · 0.5 mm ID · NR series

RP- = flow path assembly · R{area} = membrane area / effective length (10 or 20) · E{MWCO} = cut-off in kD · 05 = 0.5 mm fiber ID · NR = product series · -PT = includes the PT-01 sensor.
